Restake Aggregator

mpSOL is the first Restaking Aggregator for the Solana blockchain. mpSOL is being deployed in Solana by the Meta Pool DAO, in order to provide users easy access to the benefits of all restaking projects in Solana.

What are LSTs?

LSTs are Liquid Staking Tokens in Solana like mSOL, jitoSOL, bSOL, jupSOL. All of them distribute staked SOL and give you a liquid receipt token representing your staked SOL

Are LSTs interchangeable (fungible)?

Mostly YES. Most LSTs share the same source code from the Solana Program Library (except for mSOL that was the first LST). Most of them can be exchanged via the Sanctum platform. All whitelisted LSTs share a common representation: a solana-staked-account, because at the end, all LSTs are just receipts for staked SOL.

What do I get when depositing LSTs in the mpSOL aggregator?

You get mpSOL that is a receipt for the SOL-value of the LSTs you deposited

Is mpSOL tradeable?

YES, the mpSOL token, that you will receive in your wallet after depositing any of the whitelisted LSTs, is a receipt for the SOL-value of the tokens (LSTs) you deposited. It can be traded as any other solana token.

What do you mean β€œdial it up to 11”?

We expect, via restaking and leveraged staking, for mpSOL to have an APY of 11%. For example, if you deposited 900 mSOL, valued 1000 SOL, the value of your mpSOL after one year will be 1,100 SOL

Where does the initial yield come from?

While we wait for restaking platforms to provide yield the protocol also uses leveraged restaking to create extra yield for your tokens

How do I get my LSTs back?

You need to unstake your mpSOL, wait for the unstaking period, and then withdraw from the available LSTs. The yield is continuous, so if you kept your mpSOL for a month and a half, you should expect to get around 1% more SOL-value than the amount you deposited.

Do I get the same LSTs I deposited?

No. You decide what LSTs to withdraw once the unstaking period is over. You can withdraw the same kind of LST that you deposited or you can select any other of the available ones. If the one you want is not available, you can withdraw another one and exchange it later in Sanctum or jup.ag
